My name is Karol Tarnowski.
I am an associate professor at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology.
On this website, you will find information about my classes, but also about past and current research and interest.
About me
I grew up in Częstochowa and attended Cyprian Kamil Norwid High School.
I graduated from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology with MSc in Physics in 2007
and with MSc in Computer Science in 2010.
I continued studies in Physics and graduate with PhD in 2012.
I always enjoyed solving physical problems with computer simulations.
My scientific interests are focused on modeling light-matter interactions,
especially light propagation in optical fibers.
